Logistics team of the Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress met to deploy tasks

On the morning of August 23, the Logistics Support Team of the Subcommittee serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 (referred to as the Logistics Support Team) met to deploy the plan to ensure facilities and necessary conditions for the 15th Provincial Party Congress to take place successfully. Comrade Le Duc Khai, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Head of the Logistics Support Team chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, members of the Logistics Support Team discussed and agreed to propose 8 groups of tasks with the goal of implementing logistics work to serve the Congress in a thoughtful, solemn, fast, timely, economical and absolutely safe manner. Mobilize all resources, ensure synchronous coordination, organize the implementation of tasks scientifically , professionally, effectively and safely; assign specific tasks to relevant agencies, units and individuals; promptly handle issues arising during the service of the Congress.

Comrade Le Duc Khai, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Head of the Logistics Team chaired the meeting.

Accordingly, the Logistics Team has assigned 14 agencies and units (including: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office, National Assembly Delegation Office - Provincial People's Council, Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Finance, Department of Health, Provincial Youth Union, Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City People's Committee, Provincial General Hospital, Ninh Thuan Post Office, Ninh Thuan Electricity, Ninh Thuan Telecommunications) to undertake the tasks that need to be implemented. The focus is to ensure the budget for organizing the Congress in accordance with regulations and approved estimates; organize printing and distribution of documents, invitations, congress badges, and celebrations. Arrange seating chart for delegates in the hall; arrange the working room of the Congress Presidium, room for receiving invited delegates, group discussion room, ballot counting room, secretariat room, medical service room. Review and ensure facilities, means, arrange the hall to serve the Congress; Ensure the supply of electricity, water, communication, and postal items during the Congress; ensure food safety and hygiene in halls, restaurants, and hotels serving delegates attending the Congress. Arrange to receive flowers and congratulatory messages for the Congress; guide and take invited delegates on tours when requested. Based on the plan, the Logistics Team requests members participating in serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress and the assigned agencies and units to proactively implement and ensure the assigned time and content.
