The project commenced on July 26, 2023, with an estimated construction time of 1,080 days. However, progress is being delayed due to difficulties in supplying sand for embankment. |
According to the contractor's representative, the entire project requires approximately 1.4 million cubic meters of sand for embankment construction of the main road and its auxiliary routes, access roads, bypasses, etc. |

Since the beginning of September, after the sand arrived, the contractor has mobilized hundreds of engineers, workers, and machinery and equipment to speed up the progress. |
