I do art with all my heart, just live with the profession

Thanh Van actively appeared at entertainment events after returning to Vietnam.

2024 is considered a memorable year for Oc Thanh Van when she decided to bring her children back to Vietnam to live after a year in Australia. Because of the time away from home, the actress felt the difference more clearly during Tet holidays. In addition to spending time with her family, she gradually returned to entertainment events and participated in theater to satisfy her passion for the profession.

Sharing with us, the actress admitted that she had never appeared at entertainment events as much as at the end of 2024. Because in previous years, she was busy with the stage and her own family work, so she did not have enough time to support her colleagues. She confided: "Sometimes the schedules overlap, so it is difficult for me to arrange, while I am also busy taking care of my children."

Actress balances time to celebrate Tet with family

Currently, because Oc Thanh Van has just returned to work, things are not too busy. Thanks to that, she takes time to support her colleagues' new projects. She confided: "I miss everyone very much. Before that, I also had a few years to reduce my entertainment activities to have time for myself and my family. This is the time when I am most energetic to return to work and come to congratulate my colleagues."

According to the actress, when she decided to do art with all her heart, she "didn't think too much about what she had to do, just lived with her career". The actress confided: "I have lived with this job since I was very young, and now it has come a long way. It wasn't because I was far from home that I realized how much I love my job, but it came to me naturally. It came when I was washing dishes, doing laundry, and when I was working, in the moments when I temporarily forgot that I was an artist".

Thanh Van was supported by her husband when she decided to return home.

Because of the concept that in life there will be times when you have to face choices, Oc Thanh Van does not worry or regret about the past time, even when her artistic work was delayed and not as vibrant as before. Because according to the 8X beauty, that was the period when she wanted to spend time with her children, so she did everything passionately.

“But I did so much that one day I realized I was out of balance. I do art, go out into society a lot, and if I just hang around in the kitchen, completely isolated from the places where I used to work and socialize, that feeling of imbalance, no matter how much I deny it, will come,” she said.

The actress said that at first, the feeling of imbalance only appeared briefly, but then came very intensely. That helped her realize that "if I kept struggling in this endless series of hardships, I might have a crisis". She revealed: "When I realized that, I decided to tell my children that 'I'm feeling like that'. They listened very well and then we decided to pack our bags and return to where we belong".

Having just returned to Vietnam, Oc Thanh Van has been busy returning to the stage with a role in the play Silent Room , instead of taking time to rest. The actress said this is her way of healing and balancing her inner emotions after a period of living in a foreign land.
