Competition to collect state budget
In the context of economic challenges, Tay Ninh recorded a positive change with the state budget collection results exceeding the schedule in the first months of the year. Many revenue items reached and exceeded the estimate, with high growth compared to the same period in 2024. This is a clear demonstration of the drastic and effective management of the provincial government, the synchronous participation of the political system, and the consensus and efforts of the business community and the people.

According to Director of the Department of Finance Truong Van Liep, promoting the spirit of "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation", in the period of 2021-2025, the total state budget revenue reached 181,309 billion VND, an average increase of 11%/year. The State budget collection campaign has always been identified as one of the key and consistent movements, contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the province's development goals. State budget collection plays a key role, ensuring the balance of revenue and expenditure, creating a solid financial foundation to carry out socio -economic development tasks, consolidate national defense and security, ensure social security and improve people's lives. Deeply aware of the meaning and importance of this task, Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee always identifies state budget collection as one of the key targets in the Resolution targets of the Provincial Party Congress. Every year, the Provincial Party Committee issues a directive to strengthen the Party's leadership over the State budget collection work, as a basis for all levels and sectors to synchronously deploy to the grassroots level. Thanks to that, the State budget collection task is not only the task of the Finance - Tax sector but has become a common responsibility of the entire political system, a concrete and practical action of the business community and the people, demonstrating the spirit of consensus and high determination in performing the task of budget collection in the province.

One of the “farmer entrepreneurs” is Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of My Thanh Agricultural Cooperative, My Thanh Commune. This is a new type of cooperative, playing an important role in gathering members, innovating production methods and developing a chain of agricultural product consumption links. From a farmer specializing in traditional vegetable cultivation, after attending a vocational training course on vegetable growing techniques, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong established a cooperative and then developed it into a cooperative specializing in growing clean vegetables, tubers and fruits in 2018. Currently, the cooperative's annual revenue is about 12-15 billion VND. At My Thanh Agricultural Cooperative, all kinds of vegetables, tubers and fruits of farmers are gathered here, after preliminary processing, they will be delivered to supermarkets and stores in the province and neighboring areas. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong informed: On average, each day, the Cooperative purchases 8-10 tons of vegetables from its members, mainly bitter melon, squash, luffa, cucumber, etc. Because the Cooperative has signed contracts with large supermarkets, the product output is stable, without worrying about "good harvest, low price". The Cooperative also creates jobs for about 30 workers. It is known that in order for the Cooperative's agricultural products to "stand firmly" in the market, the Cooperative focuses on product quality. Products are grown according to VietGAP standards, all are tested, sampled, and stored in accordance with regulations of the functional sector. In addition, the Cooperative also manages field diaries on software to better understand the cultivation process, ensuring that products meet the prescribed standards. Currently, the Cooperative's agricultural products are consumed in two parallel forms, buying and selling in the traditional way and buying and selling on the e-commerce platform system. With efficiency in production and business, My Thanh Agricultural Cooperative has achieved many achievements in the patriotic PTTD. The most recent highlight is the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee, 1 of 100 cooperatives nationwide awarded the "Cooperative Star" award,... He himself also received a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for his outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the period 2016-2025.

Mr. Duc shared that his passion for scientific research was ignited in him when he was a student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, with the Vietnam Young Science Talent Award. After graduating, he continued to pursue this passion by guiding students to participate in science and technology competitions. The most outstanding achievement is the second prize at the national level that Mr. Duc's students won in the 2023-2024 school year. According to Mr. Duc, scientific research is not only a separate activity but also an important supplement to teaching. Research helps teachers understand issues more deeply, thereby imparting knowledge to students in a more profound and vivid way. “Scientific research not only helps to discover new things but is also a way for students to maximize their potential. When doing scientific research, I see students clearly mature, not only in knowledge but also in thinking and problem-solving ability. That is the motivation that makes me love this job more,” said Mr. Duc.

In teaching, Mr. Duc has many highly effective solutions and initiatives. When in class, instead of lecturing on theory, he spends a lot of time for students to present their knowledge; answer their questions; discuss in groups, practice and guide them in solving exercises, etc. From there, he helps students understand and approach Chemistry more closely. With his efforts in teaching, Mr. Duc was recognized as a Typical Young Citizen of the province in 2022 (in the field of scientific research); in 2024, Mr. Duc won the title of Typical Teacher, etc. Those achievements of Mr. Duc are proof of the typical example in the "Good teaching, good learning" movement associated with the implementation of the "Friendly school - Active students" movement of the Education and Training sector. That result is always a source of pride and motivation for Mr. Duc to continue on the journey to conquer his dream. And he has just successfully defended his doctoral thesis at the Institute of Advanced Technology (Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology).
Looking back over the past 5 years, it can be seen that the patriotic movement has developed widely, from which many examples and advanced models have emerged.
