In the first 8 months of 2025, the personal digital signature rate of the General Department of Defense Industry reached 94.5%; for affiliated units, the personal digital signature rate has mostly reached 30% (target assigned by the Ministry of National Defense ); implementing the reduction and simplification of public administrative procedures (TTHC) to meet and exceed the target assigned by the Ministry of National Defense. Develop plans and review, reduce and simplify internal TTHC, strive to complete the plan to reduce 30% of processing time for 100% of internal TTHC by 2025.

In addition, the General Department is promoting digital transformation by implementing 2 investment projects, completing technical infrastructure to serve digital transformation at the General Department and 6 budget units, meeting the set schedule, expected to be completed in September 2025 and put into use.

The General Department has issued the e -Government Architecture Framework version 3.0, organized the implementation of updating the e-Government Architecture Framework version 4.0, upgraded the server room infrastructure at the General Department's headquarters to have full systems according to regulations on campaign-level server rooms and synchronously deployed information security solutions.

The General Department has issued a List of Databases (DBs) in the General Department with 91 DBs; issued a Plan for Database Construction in the General Department by 2025 with 34 DBs. Currently, the agencies are building data structures for the above 34 DBs.
