Implementing the plan to develop party and mass organizations in enterprises, from 2023 to the end of the first quarter of 2024, the Party Committee of Pho Yen City has established 6 party organizations in enterprises, bringing the total number of enterprises with party cells to 9 units, with more than 100 party members participating in activities.

In the second quarter of 2024, the City Party Committee strives to establish 3 new enterprise Party cells under the Party Committees of Ba Hang, Tan Huong and Bac Son wards; admit 60 new Party members, including 20 Party members working at enterprises.
To achieve this goal, the City Party Committee has focused on promoting propaganda work. Thereby, raising the awareness of cadres, party members, business owners, workers and employees about the role of party organizations and unions in enterprises. In order to create a source for Party development, the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee has coordinated with the City Political Center to open 2 classes to foster awareness of the Party for over 200 students working in private enterprises.
Pho Yen City Party Committee currently has over 9,000 party members, operating in 43 grassroots party organizations; including 26 grassroots party committees and 17 grassroots party cells. In the first quarter of 2024, the City Party Committee admitted 30 new party members, including 11 party members working in local enterprises.
