The People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has just issued a plan to implement the Project to support vocational training, career conversion, job referrals, purchase and lease-purchase of social housing for cadres, civil servants, public employees, non-professional workers and workers (collectively referred to as cadres) after rearranging the organization of the political system in the city.

Ho Chi Minh City will synchronously implement policies to support job introduction associated with career transition orientation, organize job exchanges, connect state-owned enterprises and the private sector. At the same time, support vocational training to help workers change careers, stabilize their lives; support loans to solve employment, create conditions for starting a business, reduce unemployment pressure. The city also implements policies to support the purchase and lease of social housing to ensure housing, encourage workers to return to the market soon.

Heads of agencies, units and localities are responsible for implementing solutions, ensuring that they are suitable to the characteristics, situation, functions, tasks, organizational structure, job positions and organizing the implementation of evaluation of cadres, civil servants and public employees. At the same time, coordinate the implementation of recruitment work, connect and support jobs for cadres who quit their jobs after the implementation of organizational arrangement of administrative units and apparatus.

This is to support timely and correct resolution of regulations and policies for the staff after the organizational structure is reorganized. Contribute to ensuring social security, stabilizing order and developing the local economy . At the same time, improve the efficiency of public sector human resource management in the direction of streamlining, efficiency, professionalism and adapting to the current requirements of public administration innovation.
