Ho Chi Minh City raises the floor level to support housing construction for poor and near-poor households

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee agreed on the policy of raising the floor level of support for housing construction for poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances to 100-150 million VND/household.

The Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has just issued a notice concluding on the proposal to raise the minimum level of financial support for housing construction for poor households, near-poor households, and households with difficult circumstances in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee unanimously agreed on the policy of increasing the support level to 100 million VND/house; for areas with weak soil, the support level is 120 million VND/house; and specifically in the Con Dao Special Economic Zone, the support level is increased to 150 million VND/house.

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City to lead the Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City in implementing the funds managed by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the purpose, target, and procedures as stipulated in the regulations on the operation of the Campaign Committee and the Management Council.
