Return 1.5 billion VND transferred to wrong account

On the afternoon of May 26, Ha Tinh Provincial Police said that on the morning of the same day, under the witness of Son Giang Commune Police officers (Huong Son District, Ha Tinh Province), Ms. Pham Thi Thuy (born in 1974, residing in Village 2, Son Giang Commune - right) returned 1.5 billion VND to Ms. Pham Thi Duyen (born in 1983, residing in Cam Thuy District, Thanh Hoa Province - left) because the money was transferred to the wrong account.

Previously, on May 21, Ms. Thuy unexpectedly received the above amount of money in her personal account. After reviewing the information, Ms. Thuy determined that the money transferred into her account was mistakenly transferred by someone else, so she reported it to the Son Giang Commune Police. After conducting verification steps, the Son Giang Commune Police determined that the mistakenly transferred account number belonged to Ms. Duyen, so they carried out the necessary support procedures.
