Awarding ceremony of the contest "Learning about 50 years of Southern liberation and national reunification"

Attending the meeting were Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Youth Union, President of the Central Vietnam Student Association. Delegates from Thai Nguyen province included representatives of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

After only 3 months of launching the contest “Learning about 50 years of Southern liberation and national reunification”, the Organizing Committee received 966,528 entries from nearly 4,000 authors and groups of authors. Among them, many entries were from foreign students studying in Vietnam with deep, broad and creative content.

Most of the entries have good investment, quality, unique ideas, new approaches, and digital technology applications; affirming the position, significance, great stature, and great historical value of the great victory in the Spring of 1975.

The authors were awarded A prize in the contest to learn about 50 years of Southern liberation and national reunification.

Representatives of the groups received Certificates of Merit for their outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the contest to learn about 50 years of Southern liberation and national reunification.

The Organizing Committee awarded 10 A prizes, 15 B prizes, 25 C prizes and 30 Encouragement prizes to the best authors and groups of authors. 35 groups were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Director of the General Department of Politics for their outstanding achievements in organizing and participating in the Contest.

Art program Continue writing the epic of victory.

At the Program, delegates had the opportunity to interact with guests who directly participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign, military history researchers and outstanding officers and soldiers of Division 312; and enjoy special art performances.

This is a meaningful and practical activity of the Army youth to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification. It demonstrates patriotism and deep gratitude to previous generations.
