In the coming term, I expect the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee to continue to pay attention to directing, sectors, and localities to closely coordinate with the health sector to successfully implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening the protection, care, and improvement of people's health. Carry out core tasks: Transforming thinking from treatment to disease prevention, correctly identifying the position and role of preventive medicine and grassroots health care; making breakthroughs in financial mechanisms and health security in free periodic health check-ups for people, free basic hospital fees associated with the development of universal health insurance; increasing investment in resources for the preventive medicine and grassroots health care system; special policies and treatment of health human resources, especially retaining quality human resources; developing science, technology, digital transformation in health care and attracting strong development of private health care...
I hope the province will propose to the Central Government to support investment capital for key medical projects in border areas to serve people's health care, national defense and security; transfer high technology and support quality human resources to the locality. The province needs to direct strongly from the Party Committee and the government to prioritize resources, coordinate with departments, branches and localities to ensure that all people have access to fair, quality and sustainable medical services, contributing to building a modern, fair, humane, close to the people, for the people health system, better serving the work of caring for and protecting people's health.

The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is of special importance, determining the direction for the province to develop rapidly and sustainably, moving with the country into a new era. I have full confidence in the success of the congress. With the spirit of solidarity, determination and collective intelligence, along with the motto "One An Giang - One vision - One will - One belief in victory", I believe that the congress will propose breakthrough strategic directions, promote comparative advantages, take advantage of opportunities in the open space and greater potential to create a strong shift in the new development stage of the province after the merger.

Chairman of Vinh Xuong Commune People's Committee Bui Thai Hoang: EFFECTIVELY EXPLOIT THE POTENTIAL OF THE BORDER AREA
The Party Committee and People of Vinh Xuong Commune expect that the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will have strategic directions to effectively exploit the potential of the border area, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of the province. As the head of the border commune government, I expect the province to pay attention and recommend the Central Government to synchronously invest in infrastructure at Vinh Xuong International Border Gate, associated with upgrading and expanding key routes such as National Highway 80B, Provincial Road 950 and inter-regional connecting axes. At the same time, it is necessary to build supporting infrastructure institutions such as logistics centers, warehouses, commercial and service areas, supporting industrial parks, combined with the formation of a modern border urban space. This will be an important foundation to promote the development of border trade economy - one of the pillars of the province, while creating a driving force to spread to tourism, services and trade.
Regarding agricultural potential, Vinh Xuong has many sandbanks and banks along the Tien River, which are favorable for developing aquaculture, vegetables and specialty fruits. I propose that the province support the planning of concentrated production areas, the application of science and technology, the building of brands for key agricultural products, and the expansion of consumption markets to increase farmers' income.
Vinh Xuong has great potential for river ecotourism and spiritual tourism associated with border culture. I hope the province will soon have a master plan, call for investment, connect tours and routes inside and outside the province, and at the same time encourage the community to participate to create more jobs and increase sustainable income.

I am proud of the achievements that An Giang province has achieved in the past term. In the 2025 - 2030 term, based on the potential, advantages, and room for development of the province after the merger, I expect the Provincial Party Committee to have more strong and breakthrough policies to promote socio-economic development and improve the quality of life of the people. I hope that the comrades in the Provincial Party Committee will pay attention to implementing many solutions to develop the economy in remote and isolated areas, focusing on vocational training, creating livelihoods for people, especially ethnic minorities, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction and shortening the gap between urban and rural areas.
Party committees at all levels continue to pay attention to directing the building of a strong Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, which are truly a reliable support and a strong bridge between the Party, the State and the People. Promote the role of the Fatherland Front in propaganda, mobilization, and gathering people of all walks of life in building a great national unity bloc.
