On the afternoon of February 24th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee who retired according to Government Decree 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024.

Attending the meeting were: Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Party building departments of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments and agencies subject to organizational restructuring; and retired officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

In implementation of Resolution 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2027, of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Some issues concerning the continued reform and restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus to be streamlined, effective, and efficient"; and Government Decree 178/2024/ND-CP, dated December 31, 2024, on policies and regulations for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and members of the armed forces in the implementation of the restructuring of the political system's organizational apparatus; based on individual wishes and proposals from agencies and units, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee have considered and issued decisions allowing 13 cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board to retire early in accordance with Government Decree 178.

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Cao Thi Hoa An acknowledged and praised the exemplary spirit of the retired leaders and officials under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Board, who prioritized the interests of the Party and their homeland, and were willing to sacrifice personal interests to contribute to the better functioning of the political system and the state apparatus.
Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An expressed her wish that retired officials would continue to maintain their enthusiasm, set a good example in their community activities, and contribute their experience and wisdom to work together with the Party Committee, government, and people to build Phu Yen into an increasingly civilized, prosperous, and beautiful place.
