Awarding the Government's Emulation Flag to 3 groups of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

The Prime Minister has decided to award the Government's Emulation Flag to three groups under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, including: Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Cultural Heritage; and Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater.

On the morning of September 25th, at the Hanoi Grand Opera House, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism solemnly organized the 4th National Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 2025.

Attending the Congress were: Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long; Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung; Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong; Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam; representatives of leaders from several central and local departments, ministries and agencies; leaders of units under the Ministry, along with more than 300 delegates who are outstanding examples in various fields of work.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long presented the Government's Emulation Flag, and Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung presented flowers to three collectives under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Accordingly, to recognize the outstanding achievements of collectives in performing their duties and leading the emulation movement in 2024 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, on July 22, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1577/QD-TTg on awarding the Government's Emulation Flag to three collectives under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism: the Department of Organization and Personnel; the Department of Cultural Heritage; and the Vietnam Contemporary Art Theatre.

Representatives from the Department of Personnel Organization; the Department of Cultural Heritage; and the Vietnam Contemporary Art Theatre received the Government's Emulation Flag.

The 4th National Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was organized to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements since the 3rd National Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the theme "Unity, creativity, emulation in building and defending the Fatherland"; contributing to the implementation of political tasks and socio-cultural development; and setting forth directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and implement reward work in the period 2025-2030.

At the same time, the achievements of emulation movements are commended, and outstanding collectives and individuals under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are honored with the titles of "National Emulation Soldier," "Ministry-level Emulation Soldier," and exemplary advanced models, aiming to create motivation for the successful implementation of the Ministry's political tasks, thereby arousing and promoting the strength of national unity and creating momentum for the successful fulfillment of the Ministry's tasks.

Through the Congress, lessons learned regarding the organization of patriotic emulation movements and reward work were drawn; experiences in building and replicating advanced models were gained, and directions were set for continuing to innovate and promote emulation movements and reward work in the period 2025-2030.

Launching a patriotic emulation movement throughout the sector in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism, linked with promoting "Learning and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh," and continuing to strengthen emulation and reward work in the new situation.

The Department of Personnel Organization, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for implementation.
