On the last day of the transfer market, Hanoi Police Club decided to sign a contract with striker Nguyen Van Vinh. Previously, the player born in 2000 played for Phu Dong Ninh Binh in the National First Division 2024/25.

At the beginning of this season, Phu Dong Ninh Binh Club spent a large sum of money to buy back Van Vinh's contract with Thanh Hoa Club. He grew up in Thanh Hoa's youth academy and played for his hometown team for 2 seasons. Van Vinh was often loaned to First Division teams and left a certain mark on his expertise.
