This is a meaningful activity within the series of activities to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh signing Decree No. 147/SL establishing the Vietnam State-owned Cinema and Photography Enterprise (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2025).

On March 15, 1953, in Ban Bac village, Diem Mac commune, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree No. 147/SL to establish the Vietnam National Cinema and Photography Enterprise, officially giving birth to the Vietnamese revolutionary cinema and photography industry.

Before that, revolutionary photography was formed and accompanied the August Revolution movement, many photos of national heritage value were recorded during this period. These were photos of the pre-uprising period and the August Revolution in Hanoi in 1945, photos taken on the day the Democratic Republic of Vietnam was born, photos recording the period when people "fought against hunger and illiteracy" in the Viet Bac resistance base...

Photos associated with moments and periods of national history have had a great propaganda effect, demonstrating the ability of photography in encouraging people to carry out the tasks assigned by the Party and the Fatherland.
