Head of Central Propaganda Department wishes Tien Giang Border Guards a Happy New Year

At the meeting, the Head of the Central Propaganda Department acknowledged the results achieved by officers and soldiers of the Tien Giang Border Guard in 2023; at the same time, highly appreciated the work of protecting the sovereignty and security of the maritime border, coordinating with local authorities to effectively implement models to help local people develop socio-economic development of the Tien Giang Border Guard.

Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia wishes a happy new year to officers and soldiers of the Border Guard of Tien Giang province.

According to the Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia, the task of the Border Guard is very difficult, complicated and arduous, both undertaking the task of managing and maintaining the sovereignty and security of the Fatherland's maritime borders, and closely following the stationed areas to care for and support the people in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security. The Head of the Central Propaganda Department wished the officers and soldiers of the Tien Giang Border Guard good health, good performance of combat readiness tasks and effective handling of all situations related to political security, order and safety at sea in a timely manner.

Also during a working trip to Tien Giang, before the New Year of Giap Thin 2024, Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia presented 100 million VND to policy households and meritorious people in Tan Phuoc district.

On the same day, a working delegation led by Head of the Central Propaganda Department Nguyen Trong Nghia visited and extended New Year greetings to the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department and the Criminal Police Department (PC02) of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department.
