Mistake of mistaking the Thai flag for the Vietnamese flag, to the technical incident related to the U.23 Vietnam match

At 3:50 p.m., the organizers of the match betweenU.23 Vietnamand U.23 Laos encountered a rather embarrassing incident when both teams and the ceremonial flag team were ready but waited for a long time without hearing the national anthem of U.23 Laos (scheduled to be played in advance) play.

Technical problems caused U.23 Vietnam to sing the National Anthem without music.

After a few minutes of waiting, the match organizers flexibly handled the situation by letting the U.23 Laos team sing the Lao National Anthem a cappella. Next, captain Van Khang and the entireU.23 Vietnam teamput their hands on their chests and sang the Tien Quan Ca song loudly.

It was a special moment, without music, but the entire team of 23 members and Vietnamese assistants, along with a group of overseas Vietnamese fans and Vietnamese students present at Rajamangala Stadium, sang the Vietnamese national anthem in unison, proudly without music.
