Our first impression when arriving at the Tho Xuan Town Kindergarten in Ward 2 was the green - clean - beautiful environment with a system of classrooms, a school office, a fairy garden... fully equipped with the necessary equipment for teaching and learning. Ms. Hoang Thi Huan, the school's principal, said: "The school currently has more than 500 children studying at the main school and a satellite school in Vinh Nghi Ward. In recent years, the school has consulted and received attention from local authorities to invest in many infrastructure items such as renovating classrooms, upgrading the schoolyard, purchasing additional equipment, supplies, and toys inside classrooms at both schools, meeting the needs of child care and education."

To improve the quality of comprehensive child careand education , the school always identifies the quality of staff and teachers as the key factor. Every year, the school effectively implements the quality of guidance to improve professional capacity for managers and teachers, meeting the requirements of educational innovation. At the same time, it maintains regular professional activities, creates conditions for staff and teachers to study and improve their professional qualifications, and encourages teachers to participate in competitions and teaching conferences launched by the school and the industry. The school's teaching staff also increases the application of information technology in lessons and lesson plans, to create excitement for children and improve the quality of lessons.

In addition, the quality of child care and education is always the top priority of the school. In order to mobilize children to go to school at the right age, every year the school assigns teachers in charge of popularization work in the neighborhood to directly propagate and mobilize children of school age. Coordinate and combine with organizations and unions in the area to propagate through the loudspeaker system, zalo groups, facebook... Thanks to that, most children in the town go to school at the right age.

The school also pays special attention to the innovation of educational activities, improving the quality of implementing the preschool education program, and paying attention to educating life skills and social skills for children. Implementing the theme "Building a child-centered preschool", the school has focused on implementing the 5 important criteria of the theme, focusing on building a green, safe, friendly environment and innovating methods of nurturing, caring for, and educating according to the child-centered perspective. The school's educational programs are designed creatively and flexibly to encourage children to develop their thinking and different abilities. Teachers are constantly creative in creating teaching aids for students during class and playtime with the motto "Learning while playing, playing while learning". This way of learning helps children feel more comfortable and confident, while increasing their ability to absorb information more quickly and effectively.

Currently, 100% of the children in the school eat at school, so the care and nutrition of the children is always focused on. Every day, the school builds a nutrition chart and publicizes the children's lunch menu to all parents. Along with that, the school's Board of Directors always proactively coordinates with the parents' representative committee to inspect the cooking and import of ingredients and food. Strengthen the management of meal quality to meet food safety and hygiene requirements, ensure balanced, reasonable nutrition, diverse food and suitability for children, and prevent food poisoning in the school. According to statistics, in the school years, the rate of children developing according to normal weight reached nearly 100%; the rate of children developing according to normal height reached nearly 100%...

From the results achieved, in 2024 the school was recognized as a national standard school level 2. This is both a source of pride and a motivation for each staff member and teacher of the school to strive to further improve the quality of child care and education, so that children can develop comprehensively both physically and mentally.
