The purpose of design thinking is to solve a complex problem, create or design a new product/service, create innovative solutions and effective business models focusing on user needs.

At the training course, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung shared about the formation of design thinking, the application of design thinking in organizations, the principles of design thinking as well as the process of implementing design thinking and applying design thinking in businesses.
