Through more than 16 years of construction and development, Formosa Ha Tinh has always adhered to the motto "Employees are the most valuable asset of the enterprise".

Implemented since 2015, the program to honor outstanding workers and award gold medals to long-term employees (from 5 years, 10 years, 15 years) has become an annual activity of Formosa Ha Tinh Steel Corporation (Formosa Ha Tinh).

The activity has created more joy and competitive spirit for the majority of workers, and at the same time demonstrated that the company has always adhered to the motto "Employees are the most valuable asset of the enterprise" for over 16 years - since the company was established in Ha Tinh until now.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Dong - Chairman of Minh Duc Fund (Formosa Ha Tinh) has been with the company since its inception. He has held many positions and understands the company's efforts to provide the best care for its employees. On this occasion, Mr. Dong was one of four people honored by the company for their dedication and 15-year service and was awarded a commemorative medal worth 3 taels of gold.

Mr. Dong emotionally shared: “Through many ups and downs, the company still ensures good salary and bonus policies for employees, so we are always united and unanimous to overcome all difficulties. We are confident that in the coming time, the company will become stronger in business, continue to care for and look after the lives of employees and carry out social security activities well in the locality…”.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Dong was awarded a gold medal in honor of 15 years of dedicated work.

After 12 years working at Formosa Ha Tinh, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Toan - a Logistics employee was very moved when he received the title of excellent worker in 2025 for the first time.

“To become an “Excellent Worker”, each individual must complete assigned tasks well, have a spirit of learning, have initiatives associated with increasing business efficiency… I have tried my best in my work to create more prestige and brand for Formosa Ha Tinh. Hopefully, good policies will continue to be maintained and expanded so that workers receive the attention they deserve and work more and more actively”, Mr. Toan shared.

Over 16 years, it has been a long journey with many advantages but also many challenges and difficulties, however, over 7,000 workers working at Formosa Ha Tinh always receive the best treatment when working. Formosa Ha Tinh always focuses on building and promoting employees to become a united collective.

In the current context, business is affected quite a lot, but with the motto: "Labor is the most valuable asset of the company", from August 2024, Formosa Ha Tinh has increased shift allowances and work bonuses; from November 2024, it continues to issue seniority bonuses to improve employee retention rates.

At the company, the average income of technical staff is 12-13 million VND/month, facility managers (department managers and shift managers) receive from 17-22 million VND/month and managers at level 2 and above (including team leaders and department heads) receive 30-39 million VND/month, including dormitory allowances, transportation, food allowances, attendance allowances and bonuses (quarterly bonus, year-end bonus and seniority bonus), not including overtime allowances.

Despite the difficult business and production context, Formosa Ha Tinh always ensures full salary, bonus and many other welfare regimes for employees.

In addition to monthly and annual salary and bonus benefits, Formosa Ha Tinh also pays insurance and buys occupational accident insurance worth 200 million VND for each employee.

Special treatment policies for employees who are loyal to the company are also demonstrated through periodic health check-ups for employees, arranging shuttle buses, creating a favorable working environment for employees...

In 2025, 687 employees were honored as excellent employees and were awarded gold in gratitude for their long-term commitment (36 excellent employees, 651 employees were awarded 1.2 to 3 taels of gold). This is truly a great effort of the company in the context of many difficulties in production and business.
