From November 14, vehicles from Xuan Dieu are prohibited from turning left to Au Co towards Nhat Tan Bridge.

On November 10, the Hanoi Department of Construction announced a plan to adjust traffic organization at the Xuan Dieu - Au Co intersection, Tay Ho ward, Hanoi city.

Specifically, according to the adjustment plan, vehicles from Xuan Dieu will be prohibited from turning left to Au Co in the direction of Nhat Tan Bridge. At the same time, traffic organization will be adjusted for vehicles from Xuan Dieu that need to turn left to Au Co in the direction of Nhat Tan Bridge by continuously turning right from Xuan Dieu to Au Co, turning around at the Au Co - Nghi Tam intersection.

To ensure safety for pedestrians crossing the street at the intersection, the authorities will add warning signs to slow down on Xuan Dieu Street (near the Xuan Dieu - Au Co intersection); Add signs prohibiting parking in both directions on Xuan Dieu Street from Quang An to Au Co to limit traffic congestion. The above traffic organization adjustment plan will be piloted from November 14.

In particular, to ensure traffic safety and limit congestion, the Hanoi Department of Construction requires the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board to coordinate with the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team to adjust the traffic light system at the Xuan Dieu - Au Co intersection and neighboring intersections to suit the traffic organization adjustment plan;...

The Hanoi Department of Construction also requested the Traffic Police Department and Hanoi City Police to coordinate in guiding traffic flow for vehicles to ensure traffic safety and avoid traffic congestion; Strengthen inspection and handling of violations of traffic safety and urban order on roads and intersections.

In addition, the People's Committee of Tay Ho Ward directed the functional forces to arrange forces to coordinate with the Hanoi City Traffic Police and related units to regulate and guide traffic flow, avoiding traffic congestion.

Tay Ho Ward People's Committee directs and coordinates with relevant functional forces to organize inspections and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business purposes, illegal parking causing traffic insecurity and traffic congestion on roads and intersections in neighboring areas.

Along with that, the Hanoi Department of Construction also requested the Traffic Infrastructure Management Department to continue monitoring and evaluating the traffic situation in the area to promptly detect any shortcomings, propose solutions and report to the leaders of the Hanoi Department of Construction to make adjustments to suit the traffic situation in the area.
