Tuy An: Strengthening the fight against revenue loss and urging budget collection

Tuy An District People's Committee has just deployed a Plan to prevent revenue loss and urge state budget collection and payment in 2024 in the area.

According to Tuy An District People's Committee, in the first 3 months of 2024, the entire district collected 38.6 billion VND in state budget revenue, reaching 37% of the annual estimate, down 6.3% over the same period. Of this, the revenue collected by the district's departments and branches was over 21.3 billion VND, reaching more than 44% of the annual estimate; the revenue collected by communes and towns was nearly 2.2 billion VND, reaching 44.1% of the annual estimate and increasing 364% over the same period. 8/12 revenue items reached more than 25% of the annual estimate and 6/15 communes and towns collected 25% or more of the annual estimate.

In order to effectively implement the work of preventing revenue loss and urging the collection of overdue debts, striving to achieve and exceed the revenue estimate of 102.7 billion VND in 2024, in the coming time, Tuy An district will focus on promoting and improving the quality of propaganda work and supporting taxpayers.
