Commendation of typical advanced models in the period 2020 - 2025

On August 28th, localities throughout the province held conferences to commend outstanding individuals and achievements during the 2020-2025 period.

Quang Hung Commune

Over the past five years, the patriotic emulation movement in Quang Hung commune has seen strong development. Movements such as "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas," "Joining hands for the poor - leaving no one behind," "Green Sunday," "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees compete to implement workplace culture," and the digital transformation movement have been implemented synchronously and effectively, creating a widespread impact. The poverty rate decreased from 2.55% in 2021 to 0.54% in 2024; 49 poor households received support for house construction and repair. Significant achievements have also been made in administrative reform, e-government development, learning society, environmental protection, and infrastructure development.

With outstanding achievements over the past 5 years, Quang Hung commune has had 7 collectives and individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from central ministries and agencies; 1 collective and 13 individuals receiving Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 250 individuals achieving the title of Advanced Worker, and many individuals being recognized as grassroots Emulation Soldiers.

At the conference, one individual was awarded a Certificate of Commendation from the Prime Minister, and five collectives, one household, and 37 individuals were commended by the People's Committee of the commune.

* Tong Tran Commune

Over the past period, the patriotic emulation movement in Tong Tran commune has developed strongly, becoming an important driving force helping the locality achieve many socio -economic development goals. The rural landscape has improved, infrastructure has been invested in comprehensively; the fields of culture, society, education, and health have made significant progress; and the people's lives have continuously improved. In the past 5 years, the commune has had hundreds of collectives and individuals commended and rewarded by various levels and sectors. Among them, one individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister, 18 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and 30 individuals achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter.

During the period 2025-2030, Tong Tran commune will continue to promote patriotic emulation movements, foster sustainable economic development, improve the material and spiritual lives of the people, and strive to achieve the model new rural commune standard by 2030.

At the conference, one individual received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; one collective and eight individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and nine collectives and 37 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement during the 2020-2025 period were commended by the Commune People's Committee.

* Nghia Tru Commune

Period 2020 – 2025,   The emulation movements in Nghia Tru commune have been widely and practically implemented, closely linked to the fulfillment of tasks related to socio-economic development, security and defense, and building a strong Party and political system. Over the past five years, the entire commune has had 75 collectives and 82 individuals awarded by various levels; including 10 collectives and 28 individuals commended and rewarded by the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the commune leaders launched the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2025-2030 in the area. This includes focusing on several tasks: strengthening the dissemination and education of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation; effectively implementing emulation movements to build new rural areas, develop cultural life in residential areas, and develop the economy while protecting the environment; and focusing on building a team of dedicated, exemplary, creative, and highly skilled officials and civil servants to meet the demands of the new situation.

On this occasion, 26   The collective and 55 individuals with outstanding achievements during the 2020-2025 period have been commended and rewarded by various levels of authority.
