On March 27th, at the headquarters of the Naval Command in Hai Phong City, a ceremony was held to honor outstanding young people, promising young people, and exemplary trade union officials and women in 2023, as well as to summarize and present the 13th Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Bong - Political Commissar of the Navy - acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Navy's youth, trade union, and women's organizations in 2023.
At the same time, Lieutenant General Bong emphasized that the achievements of the 10 outstanding young people, 6 promising young people, 24 trade union officials, 20 outstanding and exemplary female officials, and 81 authors and groups of authors who won the Nguyen Phan Vinh Creative Youth Award are the outstanding representatives in the emulation garden of the armed forces.
In order to make a positive contribution to the cause of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern navy, the leadership of the Navy proposed that mass mobilization activities must take a new step forward, innovating in content, form, and operational mechanisms.
Specifically, it encourages young people to take the lead in digital transformation, making strong advances in science and technology, with a focus on scientific and technical research and the application of new technologies to learning, training, production, and work.

Promote and improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation movements, especially the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" movement; consistently pay attention to social policy activities, ensuring full and legitimate rights and interests for union members and workers.
The 13th Nguyen Phan Vinh Youth Innovation Award attracted participation from 15 out of 22 units under the Navy, with a total of 111 project and initiative submissions. A total of 81 authors and groups of authors received awards (including 13 A prizes; 29 B prizes; 21 C prizes and 18 consolation prizes).
