Da Nang City People's Committee manages Tuy Loan intersection

Decision No. 905/QD-TTg states: Assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage the intersection of National Highway 14B with the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway (Tuy Loan intersection) to meet the needs of smooth traffic in the area, socio -economic development and the ability to allocate local resources.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City is responsible for receiving the assigned Tuy Loan intersection and organizing its implementation in accordance with the assigned purpose; ensuring that the scale and level of the project are not lower than the approved road network planning and road infrastructure planning.

Ensure resources for investment in construction, management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of the Tuy Loan intersection assigned; establish a complete construction investment project for the Tuy Loan intersection according to the complete asterisk scale since the assignment in accordance with the approved road network planning and road infrastructure planning; ensure synchronous traffic connection in terms of load and means of traffic on the Tuy Loan intersection assigned for management with the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan and Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressways and implement the provisions of the Road Law, Decree No. 165/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government and other relevant legal provisions.

The Ministry of Construction is responsible for handing over Tuy Loan intersection to the People's Committee of Da Nang City; preparing documents to transfer infrastructure assets to the People's Committee of Da Nang City for management, use and exploitation; implementing the provisions of the Road Law and other relevant legal provisions.

* Tuy Loan Interchange connects Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway and Tuy Loan - Hoa Lien Expressway and crosses National Highway 14B. According to the investment plan, Tuy Loan Interchange is designed with a complete asterisk scale, with a total investment of about 400 billion VND.

According to the announcement of the Government Office conveying the conclusion of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh after the working day with Da Nang. The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Construction to preside over the study of separating Tuy Loan intersection into an independent project, assigning Da Nang city as the competent authority to implement.

The capital plan is that the central budget will allocate about 50% of the total investment of the project, the rest will be balanced by the local budget, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law and striving to complete in 2025.
