The scope and boundary of the provincial planning include the entire natural area of ​​the province of 6,700.3 ^km2 , including 1 city and 9 districts.

The general objective of the provincial planning is to exploit and maximize the potential and advantages of the province, effectively take advantage of the opportunities of the 4th industrial revolution to develop the socio -economy faster and more sustainably. At the same time, build the province to be increasingly strong in economy and solid in national defense and security.

Specific economic goals and targets, average economic growth rate (GRDP) in the period of 2021 - 2030 reaching 9.72%/year, average GRDP/person about 102 million VND/person (current price). Budget revenue increases by an average of over 12%/year. Multidimensional poverty rate in the period of 2021 - 2025 decreases by an average of over 4.0%/year; maintain the reduction in poverty rate until 2030...
