Provincial Party Committee Office organizes training on using software for operating and managing documents

On June 24, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized a training conference on the use of the Document Management and Operation System, the Operational Information System of Party agencies for cadres and civil servants of the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee, Party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province; specialized agencies advising and assisting Party committees at the commune and ward levels.

At the training session, trainees were instructed on how to use applications to receive and issue documents for secretaries; process and draft documents for specialists; approve and digitally sign documents for leaders; manage the system for unit administrators; assign tasks, paperless meeting rooms; practice updating, declaring, and managing operations of Party agencies...

The trainees were active, responsible, and serious in studying and researching, and had many opinions and exchanges on a number of situations arising from practical work, clarifying a number of issues in the operation and use of the Document Management and Administration System, and the Operational Information System of Party agencies.

This training is an important activity to prepare for the operation and processing of documents synchronously and uninterruptedly after the merger and establishment of new communes and wards and the merger of Tay Ninh - Long An provinces, establishing Tay Ninh province (new), officially operating in early July 2025.
