[Video] Doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff are not allowed to advertise functional foods.

On April 17, the Ministry of Health issued Official Letter No. 2310, requesting medical units, training facilities, and professional associations to strictly implement the regulation of not using images of doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff to advertise food and functional foods. This behavior is considered a violation of the law according to Decree 15/2018/ND-CP. At the same time, it is required to review, inspect, handle, or recommend handling of violations (if any). The review results must be reported to the Department of Food Safety.
