[Video] Opening of the 18th Congress of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, towards the growth pole of the region

On September 25, 2025, the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee held the opening session of the 18th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. This is a particularly important political event for the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province.

Speaking at the Congress, Politburo member and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai requested Lang Son to continue effectively implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies; promote the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party and political system; and promote digital economy, green economy, and circular economy.

The political report presented to the Congress stated that during the past term, the province's GRDP increased by an average of 7.1% per year; budget revenue reached more than 49,000 billion VND; the poverty rate decreased by an average of 2.95% per year; national target programs were effectively implemented, contributing to promoting comprehensive development.
