Vietjet adds 10,000 seats across all routes to serve the National Day holiday on September 2nd.

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, Vietjet will add 10,000 seats, equivalent to nearly 50 flights, during the 4-day holiday period from August 30th to September 2nd.

The increase in flights aims to meet the high demand for travel from residents and tourists from all over the country to Hanoi to attend the grand ceremony, and also to serve the needs of tourism and leisure during the holiday.

Additional flights have been launched on many routes connecting major economic and tourist centers such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Hue, etc., offering passengers more convenient and affordable options to enjoy a complete vacation with family and friends.

In particular, Vietjet also offers many meaningful promotions and activities for passengers during the holiday season. From August 18th to September 2nd, 2025, passengers wearing shirts with the red flag and yellow star or shirts with the theme "80 years of the August Revolution and National Day September 2nd" when flying with Vietjet will receive a 29% discount on hot meals and souvenirs on all flights.

In addition, passengers flying international routes from Vietnam to countries such as Australia, India, China, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, etc., between September 15th and December 15th, 2025, will also receive an extra 20kg of free checked baggage.

During the peak National Day holiday period, with expected high passenger volumes at airports, Vietjet has proactively increased resources and staffed additional personnel to support passengers with quick and convenient check-in procedures. Passengers can also save time by checking in online via the Vietjet Air or VNeID app before their flight, ensuring a complete, safe, and memorable National Day holiday on September 2nd.
