Instructions for receiving gifts

To receive gifts, customers need to follow these steps:

1. After successful booking, a lucky gift box will appear on the screen.
2. Customers need to open the gift box immediately because the system only displays it once.
3. Fill in all information including booking email, order code and phone number.
4. Select one of the six gift boxes and press "Open Gift Box Now".
5. After successfully opening the gift, the voucher will be sent to the registered email.

Exclusive offers for Mastercard cardholders

In addition to the gift program, Mastercard cardholders also receive exclusive incentives when booking rooms on the Vinpearl.com website or the MyVinpearl application. Specifically, customers will receive a 15% discount, up to VND 1,200,000 per order.

• Conditions: Applicable to payment transactions using Mastercard cards with the BIN starting with 2 or 5.
• Limit: Each card can only apply the offer once per month.
• Applicable period: For bookings and stays until December 31, 2026.

Important Terms and Conditions

The "Double Day" program has some terms and conditions that customers need to note:

• Booking time: From 0:00 to 24:00 on double days of the month (for example: 6/6, 7/7, 8/8,...).
• Length of stay: Unlimited.
• Participation limit: Each customer can participate in opening gifts up to once per day.
• Special note: At Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, Merchandise Gift Voucher will be converted into a Hotel credit voucher of VND 150,000. At VinHolidays Fiesta Phu Quoc, Spa Voucher will be converted into a Hotel credit voucher of VND 250,000.
• Cases not applicable: The program does not apply at the same time with incentives for staff, VinFast vouchers, partner incentives, free nights or gift vouchers.
