VPS offers 202.31 million shares in its initial public offering

(Dan Tri) - VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (VPS) announced the offering of 202.31 million shares with a par value of VND 10,000/unit to investors. The minimum purchase price is 6 times the par value, the minimum purchase quantity is 100 shares.

According to the certificate of registration for initial public offering No. 406 issued by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on October 16, VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (VPS) announced the initial public offering.

Accordingly, this is a common stock with a par value of VND 10,000/unit. The total number of shares offered for sale is 202.31 million, the minimum offering price is VND 60,000/share.

The minimum subscription quantity for investors is 100 shares.

VPS shares have a minimum offering price of VND 60,000/share.

These shares will be offered to domestic and foreign organizations and individuals who have a need to buy, and are not subject to prohibition or restriction on the right to buy shares according to the provisions of Vietnamese law, current charter of VPS and issuance plan.

The blocked account to receive money to buy stocks (including deposit) is 8600073694, account holder is VPS Securities Joint Stock Company , opened at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (Ha Thanh branch).
