Over the past 6 hours, in the communes and wards of the midlands, city centers and coastal plains, there has been heavy rain to very heavy rain. Total rainfall from 22:00 on October 23 to 04:00 on October 24 was generally 40-60mm, some places were higher such as: Binh Dien 65.0mm, Phu Oc 68.8mm, Thuan An 78mm. Currently, there is continuing moderate rain, heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain.

It is forecasted that in the next 6 hours, the midlands, city center and coastal plains will continue to have heavy rain, very heavy rain. Total rainfall is generally 50-80mm, in some places over 120mm. Beware of rain with intensity over 70mm/1 hour, risk of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas and widespread urban flooding in communes and wards in the city center. Disaster risk warning level: level 1.

Heavy rain flooded many roads in Hue City. Authorities have deployed forces to block off deeply flooded roads to prevent people and vehicles from passing through, endangering lives and property.
