Bao Lam 4 Commune was formed on the basis of merging 3 communes: Loc Phu, Loc Lam, B'La. Up to now, all preparations for the Congress have been carefully prepared by the Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 Commune and basically completed.
The preparation work for the Commune Party Congress has been focused on leadership, direction and basically completed all stages. The Commune Party Committee has established subcommittees including: Personnel subcommittee, Document subcommittee and Congress service subcommittee; built a plan to organize the Commune Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.
The Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 commune has reviewed the work of drafting documents to properly assess the results of leadership and direction in the previous term, and set out goals, tasks, and solutions for the next term according to the Party's policies and close to local realities.

The commune Party Committee consists of 25 subordinate party organizations and 384 party members. The grassroots party organizations of Bao Lam 4 commune Party Committee have completed the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The completion of the organization of the 1st Congress at the grassroots party organizations is an important premise, preparing conditions for the Party Committee of Bao Lam 4 commune to organize the Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
