From July 1st to 16th, the Center received and processed 1,775 administrative dossiers in various fields: Justice, civil registration, authentication, land, construction, industry and trade, finance, accounting, culture, social affairs, etc. Of these, 529 dossiers were resolved on time or ahead of schedule, with no dossiers overdue or returned.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Thieu Hoa commune, Nguyen Ngoc Hieu, shared: "We believe that the Public Administrative Service Center is not just a place to receive and process applications, but also a place to showcase the image and prestige of the government in the eyes of the people. We must ensure that people receive attentive service, without inconvenience or wasted time making multiple trips."

Alongside the implementation of the "one-stop" service, Thieu Hoa commune has promoted the application of information technology in resolving administrative procedures and boosting online public services. Citizens and businesses can proactively carry out procedures from home, track processing progress online, contributing to minimizing direct contact and increasing transparency.

Furthermore, the commune pays special attention to building a friendly administrative culture, avoiding mechanical and rigid work methods. Vulnerable groups such as the elderly and poor households receive dedicated support in carrying out administrative procedures.
