From July 1 to 16, the Center received and processed 1,775 administrative records in the following fields: Justice, civil status, authentication, land, construction, finance, accounting, culture, society... Of which, 529 records were processed on time and before the deadline, no records were overdue or returned.
Chairman of Thieu Hoa Commune People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Hieu shared: "We determined that the Public Administration Service Center is not only a place to receive and process documents, but also a place to demonstrate the image and prestige of the government in the eyes of the people. We must do everything so that when people come, they will be served attentively, without being bothered, and without having to waste time traveling back and forth many times."
In parallel with the operation of the “one-stop” process, Thieu Hoa commune has promoted the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures, promoting online public services. People and businesses can proactively carry out procedures at home, monitor the processing progress online, contributing to reducing direct contact and increasing transparency.
In addition, the commune pays special attention to building a friendly administrative culture, avoiding mechanical and rigid working. Vulnerable groups such as the elderly and poor households are enthusiastically supported in carrying out administrative procedures.
The quick and transparent handling of procedures not only helps reduce inconvenience and save time for people, but also clearly demonstrates positive innovation in the management of local authorities.
