Determining the groups in the 2025 National U17 Finals

On the morning of September 8, at the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), the Ceremony to announce the main sponsor and draw lots for the 2025 National U17 Finals took place.

The sponsor announcement ceremony and the draw for the match schedule took place on the morning of September 8th.

The final round of the 2025 National U17 Football Championship will witness the competition of 12 teams including: The Cong Viettel, Hanoi, CAHN, PVF - CAND, SLNA, Nam Dinh , HAGL, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City Football Club, An Giang and Becamex Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the ceremony, VFF General Secretary Nguyen Van Phu emphasized: “The 2025 National U17 Championship is a particularly important platform for discovering young talents to prepare the U17 men's team for the U17 Asian qualifiers in November. The 2025 U17 Finals also serve as a basis for preparing for the youth football tournament system in 2026.”

The teams will be divided into 3 groups, playing a round robin in each group to calculate points and rank. The three first-placed teams, three second-placed teams and two third-placed teams with the best records in the three groups will compete in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals.

According to the draw results, Group A includes the teams of Ho Chi Minh City Football Club, CAHN, Nam Dinh and Da Nang. Group B has the competition of Becamex Ho Chi Minh City, HAGL, Hanoi and SLNA. Meanwhile, Group C is the competition of the teams of Ho Chi Minh City, An Giang, PVF-CAND and The Cong Viettel .

The 2025 National U17 Finals will take place from September 14 to September 26 in Ho Chi Minh City. Accompanying the tournament as the main sponsor is Thai Son Nam Group Joint Stock Company.
