In the face of recent developments in world petroleum product prices and the implementation of petroleum price management according to the market mechanism under State management, in the adjustment period on July 31, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not make provisions and did not spend the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for all products.

Accordingly, from 3:00 p.m. on July 31, the maximum retail price for petroleum products will be applied as follows:
E5RON92 gasoline: Not higher than VND 19,401/liter (increase of VND 122/liter compared to the previous period).
RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than VND 19,840/liter (increase of VND 131/liter compared to the previous period).
Diesel 0.05S: Not higher than VND 19,068/liter (down VND 61/liter compared to the previous period).
Kerosene: Not higher than VND 18,714/liter (up VND 86/liter compared to the previous period).
Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 15,533 VND/kg (increase 154 VND/kg compared to previous period).
The adjustment of retail gasoline prices is decided by key traders and distributors, but cannot be made earlier than 3:00 p.m. on July 31, 2025.
