Responsibility to the community

In carrying out the work and movements of the association, the Farmers' Association at all levels in the province has actively mobilized members and farmers to participate in building residential communities. Specifically, Project No. 02-DA/TU on mass mobilization work to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle in the province has been proposed by the Provincial Farmers' Association in the association's work program and deployed to grassroots associations for implementation.

From here, the associations at all levels coordinate to carry out mass mobilization work, promote the role of pioneering and exemplary cadres and members, along with the self-awareness and volunteerism of the people in carrying out activities to build a cultural lifestyle in residential areas and public places, creating exciting, practical and effective emulation movements. At the same time, associations at all levels regularly organize "Civilized Saturday" to carry out cleaning, clearing bushes, planting trees and ornamental flowers to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape on the roads, contributing to raising public awareness of environmental protection.

Not only that, the associations at all levels have concretized the implementation of the project through practical models and activities. Typically, the Farmers' Association of An Son Commune (Thuan An City) has just coordinated with the Party Cell and the Front Committee of An My Hamlet to organize the launching ceremony of the "Community Activity Point" in the hamlet. The activity point is a place for farmers in particular and people in the hamlet in general to participate in propaganda sessions on building a drug-free hamlet, classifying waste at source; and to talk, exchange, and share information and opinions with local leaders on issues of building a cultural and civilized lifestyle in the area.

In addition, the Farmers' Association also implements the model of "Flower Nursery" to provide for the planting and care of trees and flower beds on the roads managed by the association. Many other models are also being implemented by the association such as: "Farmers' Park", "Urban Civilized Road", "Model Road", "Self-managed Team for Environmental Protection, Responding to Climate Change" and organizing competitions with creative and innovative content on the environment... Through these models, cadres and farmer members have actively participated and improved the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization of people to build a green - clean - beautiful landscape.

Raising awareness

In recent times, Farmers' Associations at all levels have stepped up propaganda to help farmers raise awareness and comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. Typically, associations at all levels have mobilized cadres and farmer members to participate in the Farmers' Law Festival, Farmers' Law Club, disseminate legal education and register to build cultural families, cultural areas, hamlets, communes and wards in response to the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas".

On the other hand, farmer members responded to patriotic emulation movements through the movement of the whole people protecting national security with the model of self-managed security and order groups; at the same time, implementing the resolution on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas; enthusiastically participating in the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other reduce poverty and get rich legitimately" and the campaign for the whole people to participate in building new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, towards building smart villages for sustainable development. To meet the needs of society developing in a civilized and modern direction, the association at all levels always pays attention to enhancing farmers' knowledge of technology in production.

According to the Provincial Farmers' Association, this is an important task to improve management, develop production, and the aspirations of farmers, ensuring sustainable development of agriculture and rural areas. Therefore, associations at all levels regularly train and foster knowledge, skills, and cooperative thinking and association in production and business so that farmers have the conditions to apply advanced science and technology, adapting to the era of production development.

In addition, the association at all levels also propagates and mobilizes farmers to participate in association branches, clubs, agricultural cooperative organizations, community development projects and participate in social activities... These activities will create an environment for farmer members to develop the economy, contributing to building a culture of cooperation for mutual development and friendliness and affection.
