(NLDO) - Authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident that killed three young men on a motorbike.

On February 9, authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause of the accident that killed 3 people in Binh Minh ward, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province.

According to a security camera of a resident on the roadside, the accident happened at about 1:19 a.m. the same day, on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, passing through Group 3, Binh Minh Ward, Lao Cai City.

At that time, a group of motorbikes revved up and sped at high speed on Vo Nguyen Giap Street. Among them, a motorbike with license plate 18GA-098.xx carrying 3 people was heading towards Lao Cai City. When going to Lao Cai Central Bus Station, the driver could not control the speed and crashed into a tree on the sidewalk on the left side of the road. The strong collision caused 3 people on the motorbike to be thrown onto the road and died on the spot.

The victims were identified as THH (19 years old, living in Tien Cuong village, Thong Nhat commune, Lao Cai city), LH (from Nam Dinh ) and an unidentified young man.
