The above-mentioned company committed four violations of environmental laws, including: not having an environmental license as prescribed for establishments subject to environmental licenses under the licensing authority of the provincial People's Committee; not completing the construction and installation of the rainwater collection and drainage system of the operating industrial cluster to meet environmental protection requirements; not completing the construction and installation of the wastewater collection and drainage system of the operating industrial cluster as prescribed; accepting additional investment projects that generate wastewater in the industrial cluster when there is no wastewater collection and drainage system.

For the above 4 acts, Sa Ha Do Ceramic Tile Joint Stock Company was administratively fined a total of 990 million VND.

In addition, this is subject to an additional penalty of suspending the operation of the source of waste generation without an environmental license of the facility for a period of 4.5 months from the date of receipt of the penalty decision.
