According to a report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, large cracks and landslides have appeared in Yen Phu commune, seriously threatening the safety of 10 households.

Working group of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committee of Yen Phu commune inspected the crack on the top of Cong Troi mountain in Ngoa village.

Specifically, the crack appeared on the top of Cong Troi mountain, in Ngoa village, with a length of about 80m, the average crack mouth is about 0.6m wide, and an average depth of 2m. What is worrying is that in the area where the crack is located, a landslide has occurred with a very large amount of landslides, causing the traffic route between Ngoa village and the villages of Nac Con 1, Nac Con 2, Nac Con 3.

Part of Heaven's Gate Mountain, in Ngoa village, has collapsed, threatening households living in the area.

Currently, the crack continues to widen, the risk of landslides is very high. To protect the safety of people's lives and property, the Department of Agriculture and Environment recommends that the People's Committee of Yen Phu commune assign forces to be on duty, ready to respond to situations; absolutely prohibit households from returning to the area when the weather turns bad; arrange for households to take shelter at the cultural house to ensure the safety of people and property.
