According to Mr. Nguyen Nhi, Deputy Director of the Ngu Hanh Son Ward Public Service Center, after analyzing and evaluating the violations of the illegally built Laluna restaurant, the authorities requested Mr. VB C's family to dismantle the illegal construction within 72 hours, starting from the afternoon of August 26.

After the above time, if Mr. C's family does not voluntarily dismantle the illegal construction, the People's Committee of Ngu Hanh Son Ward will take the next steps and organize enforcement and demolition according to regulations.

Initially, the functional forces of Ngu Hanh Son ward determined that this land area is more than 200 square meters wide, has no land use rights certificate and no construction permit.
