178 trainees were trained in leadership and management methods of culture and arts over 40 years of renovation.

The conference was attended by 178 students who are cultural, literary and art management officials, art and culture critics, university lecturers, reporters and editors of news and press agencies and publishers from 24 units in the southern provinces and some northern provinces.

Over the past 40 years of renovation, Vietnamese literature and arts (VHNT) have made important strides in development, achieving many remarkable achievements, while also facing difficulties and challenges in the context of a market economy and globalization. The conference is an opportunity to look back on the past, draw lessons and develop orientations for the coming period.

Students studied 6 topics: Vietnamese literature and art after 40 years of innovation and development orientation in the new era; Innovation in leadership thinking, management of literature and art in the era of integration and technology; Innovation in literary and art institutions; development strategy, training of theorists and critics; Vietnamese fine arts from the innovation period to the present (1986-2025); Ho Chi Minh's image in Vietnamese literature from 1975 to the present; Traditional Vietnamese theater - Opportunities and challenges.

4 (3) — Experts and researchers dedicated to the topic

The topics have a close logical connection, going from the general to the specific, from theory to practice. From the overall picture of culture and arts through 40 years of renovation, to going into core issues such as: Institutional innovation and team development strategy, innovation in leadership thinking of culture and arts; or specific fields such as: Ho Chi Minh's image in literature; fine arts, traditional Vietnamese theater through 40 years of renovation...

In each topic, the students discussed enthusiastically, bringing with them the breath of diverse and rich cultural and artistic life and expressing their enthusiasm and responsibility in their written reports. The lectures were practical, useful, with high theoretical and practical content, directly answering some difficulties and problems in practical work.

The articles have demonstrated the spirit and serious attitude in studying and researching of the students; many articles have boldly proposed new solutions and breakthrough ideas for cultural and artistic development in the locality.

9 (1) — Awarding certificates to students

At the end of the conference, the Central Theoretical Council commended 12 groups and 37 individuals with good learning spirit and articles; in which the Lam Dong group and 3 individuals were commended.
