Famous group songs from the "Brothers Overcoming a Thousand Obstacles" program were performed again on stage, including: "One Round Around Vietnam," "Mother Loves Her Child," "The Piêu Scarf," "Thu Hoài," "Đào Liễu ," etc. A series of newly released songs and popular songs by talented artists such as Kay Trần, Jun Phạm, Duy Khánh, Đinh Tiến Đạt, Rhymastic, Duy Nhất, Quốc Thiên, ST Sơn Thạch… were also performed. In addition, a song written specifically for the program was performed for the first time by Phan Đinh Tùng.
Despite having only a little over two weeks to prepare, the show delivered a spectacular performance in the setting of an indoor arena.

People's Artist Tu Long was moved, saying: "Although not all 33 artists are present today, the spirit of the artists is here, all united in supporting the flood victims. Truly, receiving the support and companionship of so many viewers for this concert, whether in person here or from afar, is incredibly touching. I hope that the feelings of the artists and the audience will be fully conveyed to the people who are struggling day and night with the storms and floods."

In keeping with the meaningful message of the program, most of the musicians whose works were performed donated their royalties free of charge, hoping to contribute to supporting the community. Besides the artists' collective efforts, the organizing unit also received support from partners, equipment suppliers, technicians, and participants from all departments. Audiences showed their support through ticket sales and remote donations. All of this created a beautiful picture of human kindness, and the noble spirit and virtues of the Vietnamese people.
According to the organizers, all ticket sales revenue (after deducting taxes and ticket management fees), donations from individual benefactors and supporting partners will be totaled, transparently accounted for, and then sent to people in flood-affected areas through the fund of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front .
