The event was organized according to the Plan of the Hanoi People's Committee, coordinated by the Hanoi Women's Union with the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Conservation Fund and directed by the Hanoi Ao Dai Heritage Club, with the theme "Brilliant country - Proud heritage - Spreading Vietnamese culture."

This is one of the highlight activities in the series of cultural and artistic events to welcome the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Ao Dai Culture Association (term 2025-2030).
