600 gifts to people in flood-hit Huong Khe area

Gifts from charitable organizations contribute to sharing the difficulties of people in the "flood center" of Ha Tinh .

During 2 days (November 8-9), the Red Cross Society of Ha Tinh province coordinated with the Red Cross Society of Huong Khe district and benefactors to organize gift giving to support people affected by floods at the end of October in Huong Khe district.

The Nhan Ai Fund - Nhan Minh and benefactors gave gifts to people in Huong Do commune.

Accordingly, Nhan Ai - Nhan Minh Fund ( Ho Chi Minh City) and philanthropists presented 300 gifts including necessities and cash to 300 households in 4 communes: Huong Do, Loc Yen, Hoa Hai, Dien My.

In addition, the delegation also came to burn incense, visit and give support to 3 families whose relatives died due to floods. The total value of this support is nearly 150 million VND.

The "Big Hands" Club and philanthropists give gifts to people in Ha Linh, Dien My and Huong Thuy communes.

The “Big Hands Linking” Club, the “Compassionate Light” volunteer group (Thua Thien Hue), the Goodwill Bridge, Sen Hong Land Group Real Estate Office, the “Heart Connection” Club ( Hoa Binh City) and other benefactors presented 300 gifts to people in Ha Linh, Dien My, and Huong Thuy communes. The total value of the gifts was 215 million VND.

Mr. Tran Minh Dung - Chairman of the Red Cross Society of Huong Khe district expressed: "The flood last October caused heavy damage to people's lives and property. The sharing of benefactors at this time is very valuable, creating motivation and confidence for people to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after the flood".
