70 students attended the training course to improve professional skills in reception and housekeeping for tourist accommodation establishments.

On the morning of April 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Yen Bai province held the opening ceremony of the 2025 training course on professional skills in reception and housekeeping for tourist accommodation establishments for 70 trainees who are officers directly in charge of the tourism sector in communes and wards in the province.

Participating in the training, students will be taught by Lecturer Tran Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Head of Hotel and Restaurant Management Department, Hanoi College of Tourism on the following topics: Professional communication skills, customer handling skills, room cleaning skills according to hotel standards, skills in using cleaning equipment, effective teamwork skills... These will be necessary skills in practice, contributing to enhancing the professional image of tourist accommodation establishments in a professional direction.
