Mr. Truong Anh Hoc always researches and studies to improve the efficiency of production processes and stages.

Graduated from Information Technology at Ca Mau Community College in 2014, Mr. Hoc performed his military service, then worked in Dong Nai. In 2022, Mr. Hoc started working at TKG TaeKwang Can Tho Co., Ltd. until now. From an IT major to an engineer, Mr. Hoc is always conscious of cultivating and learning from colleagues' experiences to improve his skills and expertise.

Mr. Hoc shared: "At the Tooling workshop, my job is to check the process, stages, and operations when workers work through tools and molds such as sole painting tools, sole gluing tools, wrenches, shoe sole molds, etc. Through the process of monitoring and checking, I realized that I could improve the tools, helping workers work safely, saving time and increasing labor productivity."

One of the improvements that he is most satisfied with is the improvement of "Changing the design of the shoe sole painting tool". According to the previous process, every day, workers had to hold the tool directly by hand, which caused pain in the joints of the hands over time, affecting production productivity. From that reality, Mr. Hoc had the initiative to add a rotating shaft to improve the pain in the joints of the hands of workers while working. Mr. Hoc said: "By adding a rotating shaft with a magnet, workers do not need to hold the tool directly, making it easy to operate and rotate the steps".

In addition, Mr. Hoc also has a remarkable initiative "Changing the material of PVC plastic cutting molds to metal cutting molds". According to Mr. Hoc, using PVC plastic cutting boards is very quickly damaged, costing the cost of ordering new plastic cutting boards. Mr. Hoc thought of changing the material of the cutting board to steel, helping the Company save over 100 million VND. This initiative was recognized by TaeKwang Can Tho Co., Ltd. and put into production.

Mr. Hoc shared: "President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching "Labor is glorious" is the motivation for me to strive and advance in my work. I strive to study, practice my skills, research and implement many useful initiatives, helping workers reduce labor, increase income and salary; above all, contribute to the overall development of the Company".
