Forecast until 4:00 a.m. on August 19, the low pressure area is located in the coastal area of ​​Quang Ninh - Hai Phong , wind force level 6, gust level 8. Affected area: Bac Bo Gulf (including Bach Long Vi, Cat Hai, Co To and Van Don special zones). After that, the low pressure area gradually weakens.
