Normally, Mrs. Tam's banh xeo and banh khot shop is already crowded, but since the "super big" banh xeo was born, it has attracted even more customers. This special pancake is poured by Mrs. Loan and her husband on a pan with a diameter of 1.2m and a thickness of 5mm. Because the pan is so large, to spread the batter evenly on the pan, the owner pours the batter into a funnel, uses a steamer with a filter to spray the batter. Depending on the customer's request, Mrs. Loan will make cakes with prices ranging from 300,000 VND to 1 million VND.

With the 1 million VND cake that is causing a stir, Ms. Loan said that the filling of the pancake is made of more than 5 kg of "high-quality" ingredients, including 1 kg of green-legged shrimp, 1 kg of white-legged shrimp, 1 kg of large squid, the rest is stir-fried beef with mushrooms, stir-fried fresh bamboo shoots with meat... Because of the large pan, the restaurant owner also used a very large spatula. This also became an interesting prop that many tourists borrowed to take souvenir photos with the restaurant's special pancake.

Because of the large amount of ingredients used, anyone who wants to eat this special pancake must order at least 30 minutes in advance so that the owner can prepare everything from weighing the ingredients, stir-frying the filling to preparing the batter. On days when customers order, the restaurant becomes more bustling because of the unique performance of pouring the pancake in Tay Ninh. To serve diners eating giant pancakes, Ba Tam restaurant does not put the pancakes on a tray but designs a separate table with a hole just big enough to fit the pancake pan.

Ms. Loan shared: "This giant pancake serves about 8-10 people, if divided equally, each person only spends 100,000 VND". According to Ms. Loan, with the amount of filling of the giant pancake, she can make up to 12-13 small pancakes, but she thinks making a big pancake will make customers happy and have an experience, especially groups of about ten guests can eat the same pancake.
Banh xeo will be served with rice paper, dipped in sweet and sour fish sauce, rolled with dozens of vegetables of the customer's choice such as: cinnamon, fish mint, basil, perilla, lettuce. In addition, there are also typical forest species in Tay Ninh such as: blood fern, coccus leaves, guava myrtle... making the strange guests always impressed and remember forever.

Ms. Loan said that she has been attached to Banh Xeo for decades. A few months ago, she tried to make a special Banh Xeo to satisfy her passion for creativity. Unexpectedly, the giant Banh Xeo that was just made has made many people excited, ordered and spread.
Another special thing about this pancake shop is that even though it is crowded, customers do not have to wait too long because the staff pours pancakes into 10 pans at a time. Many customers who witnessed this were startled because pouring pancakes into a regular pan is difficult for many people, but only experts can pour pancakes into 10 pans at the same time.
The secret to pouring quickly here is that the pan is placed on an automatic rotating stove, the filling for each cake is placed separately while the hands of the person pouring the cake work continuously at high speed.
The filling for the banh xeo over 5 kg includes green prawns, whiteleg shrimp, squid, stir-fried beef with mushrooms, and stir-fried fresh bamboo shoots with meat.
